We reached out to Cathy for help with our 6 month old daughter who was breastfeeding every 40-60 minutes at night and 2 hours during the day. I was exhausted to say the least! I had no idea how to go about changing her habits. We already had a 2 and a half year old, that woke twice a night if not cosleeping; so we needed to sort out this problem quickly. This was our first time using a sleep consultant and I was amazed at all the information that was provided. Cathy included things such as the flexible daily schedule, along with feeding and nutrition advice. With the direction that was provided, our girl was self-settling within days and after a week the feeds extended to every 3-4 hours. Cathy was always very supportive and positive which helped a lot on the days and nights that didn't go to plan when I was feeling defeated and discouraged. If you are having baby sleep struggles then I can't recommend Cathy enough!
...Because of Cathy’s knowledge and guidance my partner and I are able to enjoy our nights together (we did our first at home date night after a long long time last night ), I’m no longer weighing up staying up for me time/ partner time, or rushing to bed to get as much sleep as possible. Everyone is all around so much brighter and happier. I also get some time during the day as my girl has learnt to nap in the cot for periods of time - she used to only sleep by contact napping, in the pram or in the car. I highly recommend Cathy if you find yourself needing any help in getting your little one’s sleep sorted.
