I’m a Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant specialising in babies 4 months+ and toddler sleep. I give parents like you the tools & support to remedy issues with naps and night sleep using science-backed methods that produce excellent results and are tailored to individual children and their families.
Just like millions of parents around the world, I’ve experienced the torturous cycle of terrible nap days and sleepless nights on top of bedtimes that drag on for hours and this is what fuels my passion in helping parents who need to break this cycle desperately! So what exactly is a sleep consultant and how can I help your family? My goal as a sleep consultant is to drown out all the noise on the internet, work closely with you and your child to make sure they're being supported in the best way possible as we work out their sleep troubles, why they're occurring and how to resolve them.

When you book a 2 Week Happy Little Sleeper support package I'll take a deep look into your baby's life and their sleep when you fill out a comprehensive questionnaire. This will allow me to:
Once we've gone through all this information together, I'll then go away and write up the best, most individualised sleep plan possible for your child and family, focusing on all areas of their life that may need adjustments to better support their sleep quality and quantity. For a two week period I'll support you practically (and usually emotionally) through making the necessary changes to improve your child's sleep. This includes real time feedback and troubleshooting, any tweaks to the plan that need to be made (sometimes there is some trial and error), daily check-ins, settling support. I want to leave our time together having equipped you with the tools you need to continue supporting your baby or child confidently and calmly!

That's a fair question! I have a certification from Baby Sleep Consultant which I completed in 2024. During this time I studied the science of baby sleep, safe sleep practices, learned practical tools to support every age group in the various challenges they face, worked with real clients whilst supported by my mentor and did plenty of personal development around nutrition for babies, PPD and PPA, allergies, starting solids, formula and breastfeeding, tongue and lip ties, reflux and sleep, naps, early morning wakes etc.
The positive visceral reaction I have when my clients succeed in finally having their first full night of sleep, an easy nap day, a happy and rested baby and a calm household is priceless and it fuels my passion for baby sleep and helping parents every single day!
